The Hungarian engineering company has been assigned to do robot programming and electrical installation.

Magna Steyr, the owner of the Smart manufacturing plant in Hambach, Germany makes compact cars under a contract for Daimler-Benz. To expand the manufacturing facility, the main contractor ThyssenKrupp System Engineering (TKSE) has asked the evopro team to complete the automation tasks. After the preparations of the first quarter the field installation has begun, which includes the completion of 24 electrical systems and the programming of 101 industrial Kuka robots. The manufacturing of the nearly 60 electrical distribution cabinets will be done at evopro's Transylvanian production hall in Kolozsvár (Cluj-Napoca), Romania. The project will utilize 30 engineers and is expected to be completed by July, 2014.
