At the mixer plant of Algida in Veszprém an evopro developed PCS7 based system is mixing, homogenizing and pasteurizing the ingredients as per a given recipe and it also transports the intermediate product to cooling tanks. Some of the controlled elements include two 2000 liter mixing tanks, one homogenizing and pasteurizing line and 36 pieces of 6000-8000 liter ripening tanks. During installation the engineers allowed for room to improve the system with two additional 4000 liter mixing tanks and another homogenizing and pasteurizing line.
